To combat the hunchback caused by prolonged computer use, start with the double chin tuck exercise. Place both hands or one hand on your chin and gently push it back. This action helps correct the forward neck position. Hold this tuck for 30 seconds.
Tight and stiff shoulders contribute to the hunchback posture. Interlock your thumbs and reach for the sky, lifting your neck upwards. Hold this position for 30 seconds. Then, lean to one side for 30 seconds, and repeat on the other side.
Complete the series with a full stretch. Extend your arms overhead, interlock your fingers, and reach for the sky. Engage your neck muscles and hold the stretch for 30 seconds.
