How to get a sexy mind? so very often in patients of ours always tell us that they don’t have enough time to take care of their health. They have all these tasks to do and so one thing that my dad taught me early on was the power of living by your schedule. I used to hate it when I was a kid, as a kid you don’t want to be on the timeline or scheduled. You want to be flexible, you want to be spontaneous well as we get older as we get more and more responsibilities. We still can be spontaneous but we need a little more structure because if we don’t then we waste a lot of time.

One thing is to watch they live by your schedule so you want to track what I’ve done. Track every single like every 15 minutes where every 30 minutes. I’m tracking everything that I do on a calendar or you can do it on paper you can do it like you see every 15 minutes. You track your 24 hours and you can just look at what you’re actually doing and I promise you, you’re going to be so surprised and you’re going to have gaps in your schedule. You’re like “oh man I’ve got one hour free time here” or you’ll find out that “hey I’m wasting time just doing on Facebook, searching scrolling Facebook or Instagram or watching TV”.

You’ll realize that “man, you’re just wasting a lot of time” and so you could be utilizing time, spinning with your family, spending on your health because it’s very important to spend on your health. The health is a new wealth, without health you don’t have anything else, you’re not going to be able to take care of your kids, you’re not going to be able to work, you’re not going to be able to take care your parents, you’re not going to be able to make income. Health is super super super important, in order to have health, in order to get started you need that sexy line and that sex of mine is the health of your brain.

I challenge you to start tracking your time and if this seems like a daunting task, just track if you need tracked by hour. Just drove that hour and there’s slow, you go to 30 minutes and go to 15 minutes and track where you actually spend your time. I promise you, you will find out, you will create more time then you thought you ever had.
