Being outside is actually the best; it is the safest place for you. There’s lots of air, you’re not recycling air. You’re not recycling the same air, especially if you don’t have an air sanitizer in your home, which I highly recommend. We have five of those in our clinics, so that’s why our air is clean at achieving integrative health, but if you don’t have that, get outside.

Outside is beautiful, get outside, and so one thing that I want to share with you is that “motion becomes emotion”. Learned this from one of my mentors, so motion the more you move, the more it changes your physiology. It will change your psychology and so you want to get out and move.

Get out, exercise, take a walk, because right now, with this pandemic, everybody’s freaking out, you know. The best thing you can do is not panic and not instill fear among your family, your community. Do what you need to do for yourself and get out, enjoy this beautiful weather.

It’s hot, it was sunny actually, for about a few minutes, but got out. I’m not saying you have to do two hours of exercise, but you know, I just play two hours of tennis. That’s just what I do, but you need to get out and move your body.

So, when you move your body, guess what, you’re actually going to start feeling better mentally and when you feel better mentally, that actually translates to better physically again. It’s like a win-win-win situation, so get out, remember motion becomes emotion. Get out and move, you just need to walk, you don’t need to do anything crazy.

If you like to play sports play sports, get out, the courts, were packed tennis courts. Get out, remember motion becomes emotion, so if you’re stressed out, get out and take a walk. Look at how open the air that the sky is because you’re stuck inside your house.

You’re all crammed in and that gives you that claustrophobic feeling. It compresses your brain, your thoughts; you’re going to get more depressed, more anxious. So, if you are feeling anxiety and depression, get out, okay.
