Meet our founder

Jimmy Yen, L. Ac.

Jimmy is the founder and CEO of Achieve Integrative Health, the largest acupuncture clinic in the Austin, TX Metro. He is internationally-known as one of the top Neurology Acupuncture Specialist, among acupuncturists and local neurologists, for the phenomenal results he has been able to consistently deliver in the area of neurology and chronic pain. He is the only Acupuncturist to sit on the Medical Advisory Committee for the Neuropathy Alliance of Texas, alongside 4 of Austin’s Top Neurologist.
Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Jimmy graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry and the Texas Health & Science University with a Master’s in Oriental Medicine. Following his graduation, Jimmy had the privilege of joining the Texas Institute of Health, an integrative pain clinic in Waco, TX, as the director of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine. Together with the medical director, Jimmy helped create pain therapy programs that combined western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine.
Jimmy has been in practice since 2004, and early on he discovered that the Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Care taught in school was not getting the results that his patients wanted, so he sought out to learn from the best of the best acupuncturist in the world. After a few years of learning and implementing, his results started to improve, but the results weren’t fast enough. So finally, Jimmy came to the realization that he needed to create his own Acupuncture System, which he calls Quick Restorative Acupuncture (QRA). The name speaks for itself, QRA provides faster and more sustainable results. In addition, Jimmy created his own Pulse Diagnostic System called Functional Pulse Diagnosis (FPD). Jimmy now teaches and trains practitioners all over the world on his QRA acupuncture and FPD pulse diagnosis.
Experienced working at the Texas Institute of Health, he saw how no medicine or therapy could fix it all, and that’s why he built Achieve Integrative Health (AIH), to integrate today’s technology with a 3,000 year old medicine to get the best of both worlds with the focus being on RESTORING the body’s natural ability to heal itself. This medical fusion is one of the reasons AIH has been able to help thousands of people regain function and get back to enjoying life again without medication and surgery.

Fiona was born in China and received her Medical Degree from Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese medicine in 2011. After graduating she worked as a Resident Acupuncture doctor at Mudanjiang Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Hospital, treating:
  • Women’s Health (Fertility, menstrual irregularities, hormone imbalances and menopause)
  • Pain Management
  • Addiction (nicotine and food)
  • Neurology (migraines, insomnia, post-stroke recovery)
With her experience and expertise she fits right in with Team Achieve’s 3 main Specialities: Chronic Pain, Neurology, and Fertility. Her approach to treatment is both warm and gentle. She understand the connection between one’s emotional and physical well-being. Her goal is to help heal, advocate, and educate the community about natural, safe, drug-free, non-invasive, effective and sustainable therapies for long term support and wellness.

Originally from Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Jasmine is a graduate of Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Texas Health and Science University. Currently, she is studying for her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Texas Health and Science University.

While browsing our website, our company’s mission statement caught Jasmine’s eye. Helping 1 million people achieve health freedom is really something that she envisions herself doing. She doesn’t like to see people being sick and having no control over their life and hopes that patients can get off of their medications, or at least reduced doses.

For her, being healthy means not having to be so anxious about her health so that she can have more energy and efficiency in doing things that she likes.

Her goal is to help people feel empowered and provide them with enough and proper information, so they can make better decisions on how to manage their health and well-being. Helping people is something that she gets the feeling of being rewarded and fulfilled.

Jacqueline is originally from the province of Quezon and was raised in the province of Laguna, Philippines. She has worked as an English Communications Trainer, Fraud Prevention Analyst, Quality Assurance Officer, and Financial Advisor prior to joining AIH. She wants to make a difference and help the company through her insurance background and knowledge. She aims to become a valuable team member and contribute in helping the company achieve its short and long term goals.

Being healthy is Jacqueline’s ultimate priority because she believes that if she’s healthy, she can easily achieve all her personal, professional or financial goals. For her, this means that she will be able to take care of her family better.

At AIH, she ensures that our patients’ insurance is accurately and properly verified so that there won’t be any problems with their claims. When the patients have a smooth and positive experience with their insurance, they won’t have to worry about the claims and would not hesitate to come back for treatments. It means that they can focus on getting better and being healthy .

Decy grew up in Makati City, Philippines. Before joining AIH, she spent nine years working in Metro Manila as a customer care and sales specialist. This allowed her to gain knowledge, skills, and the right attitude to providing excellent service to local and international clients. It is important for her to be a reliable member of the team by consistently providing quality work and to contribute to the success of the company. She wants to create meaningful changes by ensuring the actions she will take have a positive impact on workplaces, communities, and even herself, no matter how small they may seem.

For her, the most important thing in life is being healthy. She believes that with good health, anything is possible. Without it, people cannot live life to its fullest and they cannot do their purpose and goals in life. Her journey towards a healthier lifestyle inspired her to help others not to take good health for granted.

A graduate from West Texas A&M University with Master in Professional Accounting, Jessica has over 20years of auditing and consulting experience specializing in the affordable housing multifamily real estate industry.

Jessica is passionate about Helping 1 Million people achieve health freedom.

Jessica currently serves as the Treasurer and Chair-Elect of the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce.

Jessica also serves as a board member and as the committee chair of the Education Committee for Casoro Group Education Foundation, a non-profit organization with its mission to close the generational wealth gap and increase diversity in the commercial real estate industry through education, experience and opportunities.

Jessica is a long-time member at the Cedar Park Rotary Club as well as a past treasurer of the Cedar Park Rotary Club, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Hil was born and raised in Pasig, Manila however he settled in the province of Nueva Ecija to be with his parents. He has worked with various accounting and finance positions prior to joining AIH, mainly in reporting and reconciliations. He was inspired by well-known Filipino vloggers to venture out of the traditional job to the online jobs/work from home set up to collaborate with different people and to add more value to the businesses.

Hil aspires to grow his career and help businesses while spending time with his time for his family and himself. He believes a perfect balance in both career and life would give him the best motivation, fulfillment and satisfaction.

At AIH, he supports the business by maintaining the financial records accurately and up to date in Quickbooks, communicates any discrepancy with the respective team  and ensures Quickbooks and Chirospring are matching with their patient balances.

Nicole’s priorities are spending time with her family during her free time and keeping an active and healthy lifestyle by doing meditation and playing football during weekends. She believes that staying healthy mentally, physically, and spiritually is the key to being more productive.
