It’s Jimmy Yen here, the acupuncture guy with achieve integrated health, so who wants some sexy abs? All right, and one up. Yes, I’m talking about physical ABS like six-pack. They’re not coming out today. They’re a little shy. So who wants some of these sexy abs? I was having lunch with a nutritionist yesterday, and we were just talking about it. Did you know that you can get sexy abs without doing one single ab crunch? It’s all about nutrition. It’s all about what you put in your body, about what you eat.

You don’t have to do a single abdominal, you know, again on the floor and crunch your abs and you can get that flat stomach. I’m 42 years old, about to turn 43, not so not necessary to six pack or eight pack, but I’m getting there all right there. I just slept a little bit today. Okay, there’s a little sleep behind a little fat, and I’m working on getting rid of those sexy abs. It’s all about what you put in your diet, and so the luncheon that I had with that nutritionist was phenomenal.

I’m actually going to invite her on this show to go over You know, she’s got a great story about her husband. Her husband developed cancer and prior to that, they were eating super healthy. They were eating organic. It’s like, you know, we’re eating super healthy. How did we develop cancer? How do you develop? The answer is, well, there’s a really good story about things to watch out for that can lead to potential cancer. It’s not going to occur overnight, but it’s going to be a day-to-day thing, but not to get off-topic on your sexy abs, you know, really the number one thing that’s going to help you do it.

It’s not exercise, it’s not doing the abdominal crunch but abdominal crunches, it’s about what you put in your mouth.
