Quick Reminder - Re-Exam - Achieve Integrative Health

Your Re-Exam includes a thermal scan. We would respectfully like to request for you to refrain from doing ANY of the following four (4) hours prior to your appointment to ensure the accuracy of our assessment.

Your appointment also includes a Metabolic Analysis. We would like to respectfully request for you to fast except for plain water THREE (3) hours before your appointment. Please refrain from taking caffeine, tobacco, or any stimulating drinks to ensure the accuracy of the assessment
