Lifestyle Habits the Way You Live

Biohacking Tips
October 6, 2022

We’re going to continue with biohacking tips number 16. I also got my success is my duty hat, so health is my duty, health is your duty. We’re going to follow the enzyme factor. Just randomly open the book and let’s talk about something crucial to your lifestyle habits. The way you live your life will dictate how your enzymes perform. Dr Shinya says enzymes control all human life and life energy. Even the acts of waking up and falling asleep involve enzymes. So you need enzymes.

What do you get for those enzymes by eating fruits and vegetables? It’s a myth that people are spreading about not eating vegetables. I mean, not eating fruits because they have so much sugar is a huge myth. You got to be eating fruits. That’s where you get your enzymes. He also says if you go to sleep thinking about what time you want to wake up the next day, you will often wake up the next morning around that time.

So that can be attributed to enzymes since the act of thinking itself is nothing more than enzymes working in the brain. Everything a person does, whether it is moving the hand or the eyes or the brain, depends on enzyme fat functions. You have to maintain your enzymes; you can’t waste your enzymes; and you need to replenish your enzymes by eating fruits and vegetables. He also says the human body is equipped to maintain homeostasis.

A cut healing and skin returning to its normal color after getting tanned are examples of the body returning to homeostasis. But the point of this to today’s topic is that you’ve got to do what helps the body regulate your homeostasis, which are your enzymes. So enzymes are crucial. You’ve got to get those enzymes like a lot of fruits like papaya have great digestive enzymes. The one thing that most people don’t realize, and this is a very common mistake, is not chewing their food.

When you chew your food, it causes the release of digestive enzymes. That is why, if you are sick, you should avoid eating bland or liquid foods. You should actually be eating a regular meal when you’re sick. As much as it doesn’t sound pleasant or pleasing, you need to eat it because when you chew, you release your digestive enzymes and that helps you start digesting.

You need enzymes to function, and you need more enzymes in your life. So when you eat crappy food, you eat, you drink, you know, eat tons of animal protein foods that are so hard for the body to digest. You’re using so much of your enzymes that you’re depleting them faster than you’re replenishing them so it’s crucial that you replenish your enzymes. If you need help, if your digestion is just out of whack, you’ve got some autoimmune conditions starting, you’ve got some immune system allergies.

Talking about allergies recently, we’ve been getting a wave of allergy people who are suffering from allergies and causing asthma, causing vertigo, causing meniere’s, causing all these problems, but it all stems from allergies. We’ve actually been treating quite a few people with allergies, and we are reversing them. We’re having great success. Some of those allergy sufferers are little kids that we’re doing treatments on as young as 12 years old and as old as 70 years old. We just recently reversed a patient who had allergies and asthma.

She is off all her medications completely and has no antihistamines. Nothing. Her physicians are surprised that she’s able to go out during cedar season and walk in the forest, walk in hikes, hills, and so forth and not get affected by allergies while everybody else is breaking down because of cedar. If you want that help, if you’re tired or suffering, you need a new lifestyle, give us a call at achieveintegrativehealth.com. We can possibly help you out.
