To start, find a chair with a backrest and lean against it for support. With both hands, lift one leg and extend it forward. Repeat this movement 20 times for each leg, feeling the burn in your muscles. For an extra challenge, pull your toe backward during the extension to engage your calf muscles and stretch those sexy calves.

Using the chair for support, place your hands on your legs and perform mini squats. Imagine sitting down but avoid going all the way down. Aim for 20 repetitions, focusing on your thigh and glute muscles. This exercise will help tone and strengthen your lower body.

Sit in a chair with your feet shoulder-width apart. Open your legs wide and lower yourself into a squatting position, resembling the graceful posture of a praying mantis. By performing this movement, you engage your quadriceps and provide support to your knees. Repeat this exercise 20 times, feeling the burn in your quads.

While seated with your back supported, straighten one leg at a time and lift it towards your face, as if attempting to “kiss” your leg. This exercise targets your leg muscles and enhances flexibility. Perform 20 repetitions for each leg, maintaining control and stability throughout the movement.
