Find the Tender Spot: Press firmly along the drawn line on your wrist to find a tender spot. This spot indicates where you should apply pressure to alleviate pelvic cramps.
Apply Pressure for 10 Seconds: Once you find the tender spot, apply firm pressure for 10 seconds. This pressure helps improve blood circulation to the pelvic area, potentially reducing pain.
Repeat on Both Wrists: Perform this technique on both wrists, regardless of which wrist is associated with the cramp area. Remember, the body is interconnected, and stimulating these nerves can impact pelvic discomfort.
